Beef Tenderness Workshop,
Clermont-Ferrand , France.
ProSafeBeef are pleased to announce a workshop on the Prediction, Measurement and Optimisation of Beef Tenderness. This 2 x 1/2 day workshop will take place at ADIV in Clermont-Ferrand, France. Topics covered will include the use of biomarkers to predict tenderness, muscle profiling techniques and tenderisation by marination. Please note that the official language of this workshop will be in French.

AMI Expo is the largest event for the meat, poultry and seafood processing industries, and aims to deliver quality education, networking and innovative exhibits.
