This Project involves 42 leading research and industrial organisations working in 18 different countries ProSafeBeef is a 5 year project which commenced on March 1st 2007 More...       Upcoming ProSafeBeef Events - 22nd International ICFMH Symposium, Food Micro , August/September 2010, Denmark: ProSafeBeef will be represented at the to the 22nd International ICFMH Symposium, Food Micro 2010. This event will be held in the Danish Centre for Advanced Food Studies (LMC), Lund University between the 30th of August and the 3rd of September 2010.   The key emphasis of the program this year will be on Microbial Behaviour in the Food Chain.   The one day ProSafeBeef program will follow shortly. In the mean time please go to www.foodmicro.dk for more information. - CONffIDENCE Open Day on the 27th of January, 2010      ProSafeBeef are pleased to announce an event being held under our campanion project CONffIDENCE: Safer food through rapid and cost-efficient tests for chemical contaminants in the food chain. The CONffIDENCE project team cordially invites all interested persons and stakeholders to attend an Open Day free of charge. The program will consist of introductory talks on the four main WP clusters, followed by poster presentations, demonstrations & discussions on each topic.
