ProSafeBeef Structure
These scientific and technological objectives will be addressed by Research Technological and Development (RTD) activities that are clustered in 5 Pillars (Pillars 1-5) encompassing the total beef chain and one ITD Pillar focused on training and dissemination (Pillar 6). Co-ordination and management activities of the consortium are achieved through one additional Pillar (Pillar 7).
